Accomplishments are the name of the game for one Mr. Aadam A Franks. His record and professional experience are that of a man in the midst of an extremely successful and accomplished career in sales. He built this on a foundation of experience, drive, demonstrable sales aptitude, determination, hard work, and the diligence needed to consistently perform at a high level. He holds over seven years of experience in medical sales, along with a significant body of experience in business management and team leadership. He is a recruiter’s dream because he carries this body of achievements in his professional career, is personable, enthusiastic and always delivers beyond what is expected of him. Looking toward the future, he most certainly has an incredible level of aptitude, expertise and work ethic needed to make an excellent addition to any firm or any professional endeavor he sets himself on.
He had to start somewhere, and Aadam A Franks started his journey into the sales profession shortly after his graduation from Southern Illinois University. This happened in May of 2006 after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He started out at a company known as Vistakon, a division of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care based in Jacksonville, Florida. He served in this sales position until 2008, when he was promoted to Territory Business Associate. This position put him in the Chicago area and he excelled right away, marked by the achievement of 105% of his sales quota across all product lines. He became the winner of the President’s Club Award in 2009 for his efforts. In 2010, he was further promoted to Territory Business Manager, a position that gave him tremendous responsibility over a vast territory along with a high number of sales volume. In April of 2011, he was promoted further to Senior Territory Business Manager/Field Sales Trainer. His achievements there earned him the Encore Award an amazing three times, surpassing quota time and time again. He was able to improve his territory’s National ranking from #118 to #32 during this time, exhibiting the excellence and drive that he puts into all his work.
